  • Signature Swedish Massage

With a gentle to medium touch, the therapist will utilize long, flowing strokes in the direction of the heart, combined with the techniques of kneading, vibration, circular strokes, and passive joint movement techniques. This is an excellent choice for those new to massage, who want to release tension and desire a lighter touch.

  • Recharge Deep Tissue Massage

Therapist applies sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target inner layers of muscles and connective tissue, which facilitates the movement of toxins from the body and stretches out deeper, twisted or painful muscles. Therapist will work on trigger points and specific areas of soreness and scar tissue to help with general healing, lessen arthritis symptoms, and revive tired, over-worked muscles. This is the best choice for those experiencing chronic muscle pain, tightness, imbalance, or suffering from a headache/migraine.

  • Relax Aromatherapy Massage

Therapist combines long, soothing light to medium intensity strokes with the use of essential oils. This is intended to reduce stress and anxiety, boost overall mood, reduce depression symptoms, and relieve tension and pain. Essential oils are diluted before being applied to the skin and may be combined in therapeutic balms. This type of massage is perfect for those who enjoy scent and would like to experience an emotional healing component to their massage. Hot stones can be applied in 90 or 120 minute massages.

  • Restore Sports Massage

Therapist uses deep pressure alternated with soothing strokes and stretch techniques as needed to address repetitive use injury to a muscle, increase flexibility, relieve pain and muscle tension, improve athletic performance and to prevent injury. Theragun and electro stimulation can be requested as well as manual therapy. Sports massage can be used by athletes before or after an athletic event. It is also good for active clients. It can be performed with clothing if requested.
